The Workshop goes over one weekend, consisting of two to three blocks.

Price:
250 euro + 50 euro for overnight accomodation with breakfast

Equipment
Please absolutely bring along: Consent training clothes, Turnschuhe, look-combatsuited weapons, suitable gloves.
If possible in addition the own equipment, in order to examine, to what extent movements and selected actions can be transferred. (Often the equipment limits the selection at actions substantially!
Very well to practicing suitably by the way is so-called Shinais (bamboo swords in the Kendo to be used). They are relatively cheap and make a safe and unaufwendiges practicing possible of different combat equipment. If such are present, bring along please.
And in the end naturally good mood and condition.
